Since 1987, in Maresmar we are experts in the selection and commercialization of live seafood, having one of the reference hatcheries in Europe. Thanks to this experience and capacity, in addition to live American lobster, we offer European lobster, crab, spider crab, Norway lobster, red lobster and crab, always guaranteeing the highest standards of freshness and quality.

At QUALITY we believe that a quality crustacean starts with an optimal environment. For this reason, our nurseries have large spaces that allow the crustaceans to rest and recover their energy and liveliness. All specimens are supervised by marine biologists 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in an environment of balanced and dim lighting, which respects their vital cycles and guarantees their optimal development.

Sustainability is a key focus of our business. At QUALITY, we recover and conserve seawater at the source, we certify that the fishing gear is sustainable and we use solar energy to reduce the energy footprint of our hatcheries. Thus, each crustacean that reaches our customers is not only fresh and alive, but also environmentally friendly.
