For the recipe you just need the following ingredients:

  • Boiled octopus
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse salt
  • 4 big potatoes
  • 4 little rosemary twig
  • Vera pepper (sweet or salty)
  • 1 chives

The elaboration for this recipe is easy and simple:

  1. First of all, we have to defrost the boiled octopus and cut it into small slices.
  2. Then, clean the potatoes and without taking off their peel, cut them into thick slices (1 cm) and boil them.
  3. Take the potatoes off the fire and add the octopus on the top.

  • Boiled octopus
  • peas
  • 1 chives
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green capsicum
  • Water
  • Vinegar

  • Red pepper

With all the ingredients, we are ready to cook!

  1. Defrost the boiled octopus and chop it.
  2. Brown the garlic cloves inside a frying pan with some oil.
  3. Add the rice with the peas and cover it with water while removing it.
  4. Strain the rice with peas and introduce it in a bowl.
  5. Grind the capsicum with the chives and add them on the bowl while dressing it up with salt, oil and vinegar.
