Also known as Ñoda or Masera. It is a crustacean with a large, brown body that lives between Northern and Southern Europe and North Africa (FAO 27, 37 and 34). Very present in our cuisine. It is characterized by the intense flavor of its meat. It can also be found prepared without shell with our Sea Ox Txangurro. It is fished with pots and trawls.
