Also known as King Crab, Kamchatka Crab or Alaska Crab. Crustacean with a gigantic body that is highly valued for the quality of its meat. Its elongated legs have an abundant amount of meat. It lives in the cold waters of Europe and North America (FAO 27 and 61). It is usually presented cooked and is common to find in Haute Cuisine. Fishing is considered one of the most dangerous jobs that exist. Fishing is done with pots and traps.
