Mollusk selected from all the pieces we collect in our Quality Treatment Plant! (Boiro, Galicia). It is a product highly valued in Haute Cuisine for the exquisiteness and size of its meat. Clam with yellowish colors. We grow it in Galicia (FAO 27), a region with a great seafood tradition. It is fished with punts and with longline.
