Mollusk selected from all the pieces we collect in our Quality Treatment Plant! (Boiro, Galicia). Mussel of very dark color and with meat of great size and flavor. We grow it in Galicia (FAO 27), a region with a great seafood tradition. Ideal for recipes such as Paella, Fideua, served steamed, … Fishing is done with punts and longlines.<\/p>\n
